The first thing that I imagined was something related to luxury and came out of my mind memories lived with my mother realizing how wise, thoughtful, and delicate she was, and I decided to honor her by bringing a word to translate her essence.
For many people, elegance means a good social status, or wearing high-end brands, but in my mom’s case, elegance was in being simple, she knew how to behave in several circumstances, even though she didn’t have the opportunity to study a lot, neither had fashion or etiquette references, however her soul was elegant, she was naturally fancy.

Who is behind Mrs Fancy Decor?
Hi, I’m Marcia Pucetti from Brazil. I have always liked everything associated with interior design, art, and history.
For me, it is fascinating to know why and how things were created and see how they changed throughout the years and among different cultures.
I graduated as a civil engineer, and I built my career as an executive assistant at a Brazilian company for 25 years. During this time, I acquired a lot of skills, such as etiquette, including how to host guests, behave on several different occasions, and organize events.
Everything was perfect until my husband was transferred to the US. After absorbing this big change in my life, I realized that I needed to work with something that brings me joy, and something which I was passionate about.
